We begin the process by checking out the home and conducting a brief assessment. At which point, we will review packages with our clients to decipher which one is best suited for their needs. We also factor in our client’s budget while considering which package they should purchase. It is worth noting that we currently only stage vacant homes. We will need a few days’ notice before we can work on your property. This allows for us to get properly organized. However, this is a short process and we are typically able to begin work within two to three days of your request. Once we are on-site, we can effectively finish the job within a day to day and a half.
In addition to our staging service, we can provide professional photographs at an additional cost. Unless otherwise specified, we will leave the furniture in the staged home for 45 days. However, we are flexible and willing to negotiate more or less time depending on your timeline. During this period, we will remain in close contact with your agent. This ensures we remain updated on the progress of your sale. Once the home has entered the appraisal phase or has been cleared to close, our team will come to remove furniture and deconstruct the staging. This process occurs two to three days after we have been alerted to your home’s closing status.
